Our remote support software allows us (with your permission) to gain access to your laptop or desktop remotely to quickly diagnose and fix the issues you might be having
YES. In order for us to remote into your laptop or desktop, you must call us and provide us with your id and password which is generated when you install our remote software. Don't worry, you have to click "Allow" for us to be able to remote into your computer and when we have finished fixing your issue the connection is closed. Once the connection is close we cannot get back in without your permission.
Unfortunately we cannot fix all problems remotely and in order to connect to you computer you to need to have an internet connection to your laptop or desktop.
Connecting to Teamviewer on Mac can be tricky, because of Apples security. Apple has a security feature where it blocks by default, everything from running/installing/opening that was not downloaded from the app store. Since our version of Teamviewer is not in the App store and cannot be, our customers have to manually grant permission to open our version of Teamviewer to run on their Mac. There is two ways to grant access to run/install/open our version of Teamviewer.
